One of our strategic partners is the ILM. It is Europe's' largest leadership and management awarding
body registering in the region of 90,000 people every year through approved centres who must
undergo a rigorous approval process and on-going evaluation process.
The choice of leadership and management qualifications we offer is extremely wide - ranging from qualifications targeted at people leading small operational teams to one's targeted at strategic and executive personnel.
Like our coaching and mentoring programmes, learners undertake work related assessments. These assessment relate to either how the organisation can develop or improve or how the individual can develop or improve. This means organisational benefits can occur as people learn.
