LFB International© is the delivery arm we use when we supply our products outside of the U.K.  A brand name owned by us it will grow strongly as the world slowly comes out of it's global recession around 2013.  Already LFB International© is making in roads around the globe.  Whilst many training providers around the world have cut back on developing new products and delivery vehicles we have done completely the reverse.  This has allowed us access to markets that were previously saturated with providers who did not appreciate the needs of organisations needing to work in a business like way.

An important announcement will appear on this page in June 2011 that details how specifically we can help any organisation develop it's leaders and managers. 

Our international team is headed by Michael Derry.  He has over 40 years of experience in providing business development plus learning and management development in the U.K., the United States and Kazakhstan.  He has held senior management positions at Board level both in the UK and the USA. 

Some of the sectors he has worked in include: airport management; construction; retail and hospitality.  He has UK and USA teaching credentials and is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management.
