Staff surveys

We can survey your staff's leadership and management abilities which will help with appraisals and in preparation for a TNA.  We can also undertake staff satisfaction surveys for you and present the findings in report form, as a presentation or both.  For those organisations who wish to become ISO 9001:2000 registered (or already are) the information we can obtain can contribute to evidence of: effective resource management; effective measurement and analysis and commitment to continual improvement.  They can also help organisations work towards and maintain other standards that are important to them.


Completing a training needs analysis (TNA)

We can assist organisations identify where learning in leadership, management, coaching and mentoring is required through undertaking an organisational wide leadership and management TNA.  This can be as extensive as you choose and becomes particularly financially attractive because we leave you with some of the TNA templates we use so you can repeat the exercise yourself at a later date.  If you would like to do this TNA yourself, we can provide a TNA course to your key personnel.  See our value adding programme area for further details.


Evaluate the impact from learning and development 

Repeating a TNA can help you evaluate the benefit from learning, assess the return on your investments and help you make wise decisions about future budgets and priorities.  But there are other ways to do this too - some of them focus on financial return, some focus on human resourcing returns, some focus on operational statistics, some focus on quality statistics.  You can choose which measures you would like us to focus on - our approach is that flexible.


Business coaching and mentoring

Whilst this is often referred to as business coaching and mentoring, the service is available to people who work in the public sector or the third sector (voluntary and charitable type organisations) as well as those from the private sector.
