Coaching and Mentoring
Coaching and mentoring are two effective ways to help all organisations get the most from their people. Our coaching and mentoring programmes (Qualifications and Value Adding - which are programmes that don't result in a nationally recognised qualification) are targeted at managers, leaders and Human Resource professionals within an organisation so they can develop their own people effectively.
Our programmes can arm the individual with all of the tools needed to help their colleagues perform optimally. Successful completion of a world class qualification can significantly motivate people who value the recognition that can follow. However, there are some who feel time constraints may affect their ability to complete any assessments and for other people who may be apprehensive about undertaking a Leadership and Management qualification, a value adding programme can be a good place to start.
For those who may want ultimately to gain a qualification they can be assured that most of the learning in our value adding programmes can count towards a qualification at a later date - this reduces time away from work as well as your costs.
On top of all this, on a consultancy basis we can act as a coach or mentor if your organisation feels an external relationship may be better than an internal one.
